Uninstall System Manager

Follow these steps on the computer(s) where you installed Sage 300. If you use an application server, follow these steps on the application server only. 

  1. Browse to the folder that contains the files you extracted from the most recent download. 
  2. To start the InstallShield wizard, double-click on Setup.exe.
  3. Click Modify.
  4. Uncheck the Portal box. This makes the System Manager checkboxes available. 
  5. Uncheck those boxes.
  6. Click Next to uninstall the System Manager core programs.


 
Reinstall System Manager

  1. Follow these steps on the computer(s) where you installed Sage 300. If you use an application server, follow these steps on the application server only. 
  2. Browse to the folder that contains the files you extracted from the most recent download. 
  3. To start the InstallShield wizard, double-click on Setup.exe.
  4. Click Modify.
  5. Confirm that all module boxes for System Manager are selected, including Portal.
  6. Click Next to reinstall the System Manager core programs.
  7. Install the most recent Product Update (PU).
