Uninstall and reinstall System Manager in Sage 300

Uninstall System Manager

Follow these steps on the computer where you installed Sage 300. If you use an application server, complete these steps on the application server only.

  1. Browse to the folder that contains the extracted files from the latest download.
  2. Double-click Setup.exe to start the InstallShield wizard.
  3. Click Modify.
  4. Clear the Portal checkbox.
  5. Clear all System Manager checkboxes.
  6. Click Next to uninstall the System Manager core programs.

Reinstall System Manager

Follow these steps on the computer where you installed Sage 300. If you use an application server, complete these steps on the application server only.

  1. Browse to the folder that contains the extracted files from the latest download.
  2. Double-click Setup.exe to start the InstallShield wizard.
  3. Click Modify.
  4. Select all System Manager module checkboxes, including Portal.
  5. Click Next to reinstall the System Manager core programs.
  6. Install the latest Product Update (PU).
