Compare three inventory reports:

    • Inventory Stock Status Report
    • Inventory Valuation Report
    • Inventory Detail Transaction Report or Lot Serial Transaction History Report (for lot/serial itemized items)
  1. Open Inventory Management Reports, Inventory Stock Status Report
    • Uncheck, Print Zero Balances
    • Check, Warehouse Detail
    • Select, Item Code
    • Select, Warehouse
    • Click, Preview
    • Go to Last Page of the report
    • Note the Warehouse Quantity On Hand
  2. Open Inventory Management, Reports, Inventory Valuation Report
    • Uncheck, Print Zero Quantity Cost Tiers
    • Print Zero Balances, No
    • Select, Item Code
    • Select, Warehouse
    • Click, Preview
    • Go to Last Page of the report
    • Note the Item Warehouse Total for Quantity On Hand
  3. Open Inventory Management, Reports, Inventory Detail Transaction Report or Lot Serial Transaction History Report
    • Selection Criteria, By Date
    • Starting Date, 01/01/1900
    • Ending Date, 12/31/9999
    • Check, Print Lot/Serial Information
    • Select, Item Code
    • Select, Warehouse
    • Select, Lot/Serial number, if applicable
    • Click, Preview
    • Go to Last Page of the report
    • Note the Quantity Detail Total
  4. Compare the three total quantities
  5. Recalculate Item History:
    • Open Inventory Management, Utilities, Recalculate Item History
