| How do I remove security access to reports and inquiries? |

Use Security Administration to change operators access to reports and inquiries.
- Log in to Sage Desktop as a security administrator.
- From the Tools or Options menu, select Security Administration.
- In the Security Permissions by Type area, select Tasks.
- From the Tasks list, select Reports and Inquiries
- To remove a report, select Reports, [Application] Reports and select the report.
- To remove an inquiry, select Inquiries, [Application] Inquiries and select the inquiry.
- Unmark the check box next to the roles that should not have access to the report or inquiry.
- Note: To see a list of users assigned to a role, click on the role name.
- After the required roles are changed, select Save Changes.
- The user will need to log out of the Sage 300CRE application and log back in for the changes to take affect.
