Description
Cause

The Sage 100 Contractor SQL Hosting Framework service needs to be started or restarted.

The Sage 100 Contractor SQL Hosting Framework service is damaged.

There isn’t enough free disk space on the C\: drive of the server.

 

Resolution

Start or restart the Sage 100 Contractor SQL Hosting Framework service

  1. Right-click the Windows Start button.
  2. Select Run.
  3. In the Open cell type services.msc.  Click OK.
  4. In the Services window, locate Sage 100 Contractor SQL Hosting Framework.
  5. Right-click the service and select Start or Restart.
  6. Connect to License Administration for Sage 100 Contractor.
  7. Click Update license information.

The Sage 100 Contractor SQL Hosting Framework service is damaged

  1. Uninstall Sage 100 Contractor 202#.
  2. Rename C:\ProgramData\Sage\CRE.
  3. Reinstall Sage 100 Contractor on the license server machine.

There isn’t enough free disk space on the C\: drive of the server

  1. Review the system requirements.
  2. Enlist the help of your IT support staff to add free disk space on the drive.
  3. Connect to License Administration for Sage 100 Contractor.
  4. Click Update license information.
