Can I unapprove multiple contract items at the same time?

Resolution

You can unapprove multiple contract items at the same time, provided that there are no Change orders or Billed amounts.

Go to Tasks, Unapprove Contract items.

Select your Contract.

Holding the Ctrl or Shift Key down on your keyboard, select the Contract Items you want to unapprove.

Click Unapprove.
