1. Log on to the Sage file server.
2. Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Timberline Office\Shared and locate Sage.Security.IncidentTool.exe tool.
3. Run this exe.
4. A Sage Password Tool pop-up window will appear.
5. All users who show in the Administrator Name drop down list are application administrators.

Information

• The path is for a 64-bit OS.
• Using the Windows Run option on the Sage Server and typing in Sage.Security.IncidentTool.exe starts the tool as well.
• This is the default location. If you customized the install, then the Shared folder can be in a different directory. To locate the Shared Directory:
  1. Click the Start Menu button and type Regedit into the search box and press enter. This will launch the registry editor.
  2. Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432node\Timberberline\General.
     • You won't see the Wow6432node value on a 32-bit operating system. Check HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Timberline>General instead.
  3. Locate the Shared Directory string.
  4. The Value is the path of the shared directory.
