Solution: Give all users access to records with blank security IDs
Record Level Security will cause performance to slow down in applications, such as Project Management Change Requests and Change Orders.

Log in to Sage
Desktop as an Application Administrator.

From the
Tools or
Options menu, select
Security Administration.

Under
Security Permissions by Type, click
Records.

Review the
Activate record security check box value. If it is checked determine next steps to improve performance:

Option 1:
On the Activation tab, select the check box next to Give all users access to records with blank security IDs

Option 2: Turn off Record level security by unchecking the
Activate record security
check box.
