Description
Cause

Attempting to run the Year-End Wizard in a company that was not the first opened after launching Sage 50

Resolution
  1. Locate the Sage 50 window with the asterisk (*) next to the company name in the title bar
  2. Close all other Sage 50 windows/companies
  3. Click File, Close Company
  4. Click File, Open Company
  5. Select the company in which you wish to run the Year-End Wizard
  6. Click Open
  7. If not prompted to run the wizard, click Tasks, System, Year-End Wizard
  8. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process
