| | How does efiling employees W-2s work? |
| Resolution | When you select Complete W-2 eFile Service:
- Employees will be mailed their W-2s
- Federal W-2s and W-3 will be eFiled
- State W-2s and Reconciliation forms will be eFiled
- If the employees elect they can receive an electronic copy if their W-2s
Note: The employees will be emailed with instructions on how to access their W-2s and then they can print them.
