Accounts Payable batches are missing in General Ledger (GL new file was renamed)

Description

Cause

A General Ledger new file (new.glt) containing the AP batches was renamed.

Resolution

Choose from one of the following options:

Post the entries in the renamed new file. Refer to article ID 39828 "DocLink: I need to post transactions in General Ledger after renaming the New file"
Manually enter the missing entries in GL Tasks, Record Entries.
