How to reprint completed W2 and W3 forms:
Note: You must be in the applicable Company Code where the W2s were originally printed/eFiled from.
- Open Payroll, Period End, Federal and State Tax Reporting
- Select Existing Reports
- Click Accept button
- In the Open Report window, select applicable W2/W3 filing and click Edit button
- At the W-2 History File Options window, select Reprint Completed W2s
- Click Next
- In the Correction Options window, select the W2 copy you wish to reprint
- Click Next
- Select applicable Employee(s) to reprint
- Click Next
- Appropriate W2s will display in viewer, if applicable insert perforated W2 paper into printer and click Print Final
- Close out of all Aatrix windows
How to print W2c and W3c Forms:
- Open Payroll, Period End, Federal and State Tax Reporting
- Select Existing Reports
- Click Accept button
- Select applicable W2/W3 filing and click Edit button
- At the W-2 History File Options window, verify Completed Action
- Note: Only actions displaying an action date (example: Employee W2s - Printed 01/15/14)
- Select Correct Completed W-2s and click Next
- In the Correction Options window, select all applicable W2 forms you need to correct.
- Click Continue
- The W2/1099 Preparer – Correction Mode grid will open
- Here you can change the employee/recipient information. Any data that is changed will turn blue and the far-left row number will turn orange
- To change any company information, like account numbers, go to the Edit menu located in the top left corner and choose to Company Info. Once any changes are made, click Next until the company setup closes.
