Access your firewall's advanced settings and add the BICore.exe program to the whitelist/safelist. Also make sure that masintell.na.sage.com is allowed through firewall inbound and outbound rules.

Check user's Temp folder for Sage Intelligence .tmp file
1. Right-click Windows Start button then select Run
2. Type: %Temp%
3. Click OK
4. Open PLTAxxx.tmp in Notepad (xxx=randam number)
5. Look for explanation for failed actication
