The following ACA files were included in the following product updates:

  • 2014 PU5 - Released March 30, 2015
  • 2015 PU1 - Released April 7, 2015
  • 2013 PU9 - scheduled to released June 29, 2015
  • 4.50 PU8 - scheduled to be released June 29, 2015

Offer of Coverage, Transition Relief and Safe Harbor codes are located in ..\MAS90\MAS_System folder:

  • PR_ACAOfferOfCoverage.m4t
  • PR_ACASafeHarbor.m4t
  • PR_ACATransitionRelief.m4t

Employer and Employee data files are located in the ...\MAS90\MAS_xxx\PRxxx folder (xxx=company code)

  • PR_ACAAleWrk.m4t
  • PR_ACAEmployee.m4t
  • PR_ACAEmployeeCoveredInd.m4t
  • PR_ACAEmployeeMonthlyDtl.m4t
  • PR_ACAEmployer.m4t

As a reminder, in order for a user to have access to ACA menu tasks, you must allow tasks in Role Maintenance.

  1. Open Library Master, Main, Role Maintenance
  2. Select applicable Role from look up
  3. On the Tasks tab, expand Payroll, Maintenance/Data Entry and select the following:
    • ACA Employee Maintenance
    • ACA Employer Maintenance
  4. Expand Payroll, Reports/Forms, select the following:
    • ACA Applicable Large Employer Report
  5. Click Accept
