The Net Book Value, Depreciation Summary, Depreciation Adjustment, File Listing and Asset Basis reports are non-date sensitive reports. All prior year transactions in the group will appear on these reports. By design, the date column of the Report Definition dialog box is not applicable and will be grayed out.

Net book value and other reports are not date sensitive. The date on the report is not used. The assets will use the information as of their Thru Date on the report.  To generate reports for a previous period, see How to run a report for a past or future period.
