The Net Book Value, Depreciation Summary, Depreciation Adjustment, File Listing and Asset Basis reports are non-date sensitive reports. All prior year transactions in the group will appear on these reports. By design, the date column of the Report Definition dialog box isn’t applicable and will be grayed out.

Net book value and some other reports aren’t date sensitive. The report won't use the date in the Setup Report window. Instead, the assets will use the information as of their Thru Date on the report. To generate reports for a previous period, see How to run a report for a past or future period.
