In Sage Fixed Assets:

 

1. Go to: Depreciation, Annual Projection.
2. Select the desired Group, then select the desired Book.
3. Use the Current Period Date or select Other Date, entering the desired future date for the Report.
4. Enter the number of years to project forward.
5. Click Run Report.

Notes:

• The Annual Projection report only gives the year to date depreciation for each fiscal year on the report
• The drill-down function isn’t available with this report. However, it’s possible to add multiple sorts with subtotals if desired
• Projection reports are designed to project future calculations, and may vary from actual results. For example, projections don’t factor in overrides that may occur during an asset's life
