| | Payroll Tax Report not showing out of state employees |
| Cause |
- Formula is locked in for only one state.
- Possibly two formulas for the same tax; most restrictive one will override the other

| Resolution |
- Select File, Payroll Formulas, User-Maintained (or Sage-Maintained depending on the tax in question)
- Select Formula ID (if duplicates exist for the year, verify all of them)
- To the right where it says Select a state, select All States
- Click Save and then Close
- Verify out of state employees are pulled into the Payroll Tax Report
