Cause
Incorrect percentage entered in Payroll Settings or on the Formula
Resolution

Section I: Verify the percentage is correct in Payroll Settings

  1. Select Maintain, Payroll, then Payroll Settings
  2. Select Company Information
  3. Make any necessary changes to the percentage(s)
  4. Verify the report has the correct percentage

Section II: Verify percentage is correct in Formula

  1. Select File, Payroll Formulas, then User Maintained
  2. Select the formula
  3. Make any necessary changes to the percentage
  4. Verify the report has the correct percentage
  • If there are multiple formulas with the same exact Name for the tax, delete the incorrect one(s)
