• You are selecting multiple transaction files (i.e. Current PRT and History PRT).
• You have not archived checks or moved them out of the Current file.

For fastest results:

1. Select one transaction file (i.e. Current PRT).
2. Click on Ranges and select only the employees needed on the report.
