Non Administrator users do not see the BITools tab in Excel. 

After you register, you may see the message: "The Report Designer Component is required by this report and is not installed on this workstation. Please install it before running this report.

The BIGenerator and PLDrill dll registry files are missing.

Please download the Registry files below. Once you download them and save them on the Desktop, log in as a non-administrator and double click on each registry file.

Once that is done please open report manager and run the required report.
