How can I determine what server MyAssistant is pointing to from the workstation?
Description
Cause
Resolution
  1. Using Windows Explorer, browse to C:\ProgramData\Innovative Software Design\MyAssistant.
  2. Right-click and open the global.config file with a text editor.
  3. Review the tag.
  4. Close the global.config.

Important: The global.config file should not be modified with a text editor. If it is connected to the wrong server, disable the SQL Server (ISD) on that server, when you launch Sage MyAssistant, you will be prompted for the new server.
