Export to Job Cost is not active in SQL Estimating.
Description

Cause
There is no Job Cost information on the estimate.
Happens in some cases after a Migration from Pervasive
Resolution

Two Resolutions: (Try Resolution 1 first)

Resolution 1: Set up Job Cost information on the Estimate

  1. In SQL Estimating go to Home, Info button.
  2. Scroll down to Job Cost Info section and select Job cost system name to something other than none (Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 Constructionm or Text).

  1. Select Setup and select ok.

Resolution 2:Use Merge estimates

  1. Create a blank new estimates for the Master estimate
  2. Click on the File tab
  3. Click Merge estimate
  4. Click on the Create button (next to the New estimate name field).
  5. Enter the name of the estimate and add something like '-1'
  6. Check to make sure you have the correct database and saving the estimate to the correct folder
  7. Click OK
  8. Click Browse...
  9. Select the Master estimate that you created
  10. Click OK
  11. Click Step 1
  12. Click Browse...
  13. Select the Master estimate that you created
  14. Click Add >>
  15. Select the estimate
  16. Click Add >>
  17. Click Step 2
  18. Click Merge Estimates
  19. In Sage Estimating open both estimates the one that did not work and the new merged estimate
  20. Click on the Home tab
  21. Click on Totals
  22. Check the Totals and Addons to make sure you have the same totals
