1. Open Database Administration for Sage 100 Contractor on the server
2. Click Migrate from Version 19.8; then, Migrate Custom Reports
3. Click Browse, then browse to the MB7 folder where your version 19.8 data is stored
4. Click only on the MB7 folder
5. Select the Custom Reports folder (if present)
6. Click Migrate Reports
7. Select the Report Forms folder
8. Click Migrate Reports

Your custom reports and forms are now copied into the version 20.x and higher. They will be in the (data drive)\Sage100Con\Common\Custom Reports and Report Forms folders on the server.

Note: If there are private custom reports or report forms on a workstation, the workstation's first successful login into a Sage 100 Contractor version 2x, will automatically copy the private reports and forms to the \\Sage100CON\Common\User Data\[username]\ location.
