How to accrue vacation for commission employees

When entering a time card:

  1. Select PR, Processing, Time Card Entry.
  2. Select the Employee ID.
  3. Select Regular from the Earnings drop down.
  4. Enter an hourly rate of 0.000.
  5. Enter hours as the number of hours worked during the period.
  6. Click Accept.
  7. Enter the regular commission.

When the check prints, the vacation will accrue based on the rate set for the employee and the number of hours they worked.
