| How do I remove a user from a Remote Data Access company? |
Resolution | NOTE: Sharing will need to be paused temporarily to remove a user, so you may need to notify other users who may currently be working in the shared company. - Go to Maintain, Users, Set Up User Security. You will receive a notification that Sage 50 will pause sharing, click Yes.
- Select the user you wish to remove and click Delete User. Click Yes to confirm.
- Click Save and Close, and sharing will resume automatically.
