How do I reset my Sage account password?

Resolution
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the log in screen.


Reset Password:

  1. Click the Forgot your password? link.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Sage account.  You'll only receive a password reset email if you have an account registered with us for the email address entered.
  3. Check your emails for the Password reset email.
    Note: If you don't receive the email in a timely manner, your mail server may be blocking automated emails (this is typically not an issue with web-based email such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc.) . Please contact your mail server administrator or email provider to have them allow emails that are sent from the @sage.com domain.
  4. In the email, click the link to reset your password.
  5. Enter and confirm your New Password, then click Submit.
  6. Try to sign in again and enter the new password.

Note: Password requirements

  • At least 8 characters
  • Needs both upper and lower case letters
  • Needs at least one number
  • Special characters are allowed but not required
