Repair broken file links
TIP:
The Relink Files button is available only when there’s a broken link path. Broken links appear in red.
Open Library Master, Utilities, Link Maintenance.
Select a link type:
Custom Office External Links
Memo Attachments
Office Template
Paperless Office Forms
Paperless Office Journals and Registers
Paperless Office Period End Reports
Paperless Office Reports
User-Defined Scripts
Select the Company and Module Code.
Select Refresh.
Select the Display Broken Links Only checkbox.
Select the record you want to update.
Select Relink.
Enter the New Location of the attachment.
Select OK.
Repeat these steps for each additional record.
Large-scale link updates
When tens of thousands of links require updates, Link Maintenance isn't the most efficient option, especially after a server migration.
You can't import Paperless Office log files through Visual Integrator.
