Resolution |
- Changes to the Desktop and Theme Codes are only available in Sage 100c (not to be confused with Sage 100 Contractor, formerly Sage Master Builder)
- Changes to the Desktop and Theme Codes are not available in Sage 100
- Sage 100c is not available in Sage 100 2015 or before
- Sage 100c is only available for Customers adopting the new Sage Subscription Support Plans

To enable or disable Role access to Allow to Modify Theme in User Settings:
- Open Library Master, Main menu, Role Maintenance
- Select Role to be granted access, for those users that will possess the role (as set in User Maintenance)
- Access the Security Events tab
- Expand Library Master
- Select "Allow to Modify Theme in User Settings"
- Click Accept to save changes
To designate Theme Codes for a company, and to Enable Company Specific Background Colors:
- Open Library Master, Main menu, Company Maintenance
- Select Company Code for which settings will be made
- Access the Theme tab
- Select Theme Code if desired
- Set preferences for Enable Company Specific Background Colors if desired.
To create, edit, maintain, or delete Theme Codes:
- Open Library Master, Main menu, Theme Maintenance
- For Theme Code, enter or select a new theme code
- For Description, enter or maintain a new description if desired
- For Default Font, select from dropdown list
- For Icon Set, select from dropdown list
- For Window Color:
- Select Background color (click the palette icon)
- Select Frame color (click the palette icon)
- For Tabs:
- For Primary Buttons:
- Select Button Color
- Select Font Color
- For Secondary Buttons:
- Select Button Color
- Select Font Color
- For Grid:
- Select Row Height from dropdown list
- Select Alternate Line Color
- Click Preview if desired to review changes.
- Click Accept to save changes, or Cancel to discard changes, or Delete to delete theme.
- Note: Some default theme codes, like CLASSIC and STANDARD cannot be deleted or edited/maintained.
