Enhanced Tax Reporting (Aatrix) updates provide the updated tax forms. Update Enhanced Tax Reporting forms to show the current year.

• Aatrix will release the current year's 941 form on March 20 of the current year
  
• Aatrix will release Year-end tax forms W-2, 1099 and 940 forms on December 20 of the current year
  

Install the mandatory update

1. Select the prior year form from PR, Taxes, Enhanced Tax Reporting.
   
2. Select the desired Year and Filing period and click OK to continue with form processing.
   
3. When the Forms Update appears, select Automatic Update.
   
4. A list of all files needing updates will appear. Click Next to update the files.
   
   • If any errors occur during the Automatic Update disable all antivirus software and attempt the update again
5. Click Close.
6. The current form will now appear.

 NOTE: The 940 form is an annual form and will display the previous year's form until December of the current year.
