Review tax form release dates

• The current-year Form 941 becomes available on March 20.
• Year-end W-2, 1099, and 940 forms become available on December 20.
• Form 940 is annual and displays the previous year's form until the December update.

Install the tax form update

1. Select PR, Taxes, Enhanced Tax Reporting.
2. Select the desired Year and Filing Period.
3. Click OK.
4. When the Forms Update appears, select Automatic Update.
5. Review the files requiring updates.
6. Click Next to install the updates.
7. Click Close when the update finishes.
8. Verify the current tax form appears.

If the update fails

1. Temporarily disable antivirus software.
2. Run the Automatic Update again.
3. Re-enable antivirus software after completing the update.
