I can't access saved Aatrix reports
Description
Cause

The Aatrix update didn't complete successfully.

Resolution

CAUTION:

Sage support can't assist with third-party products, hardware, report customizations, or state and federal tax questions. Refer to our Scope of Support for more info. Contact your Sage business partner, network administrator, or accountant for assistance.

Verify Aatrix is able to update

Visit Aatrix Updates and Aatrix Technical Information and complete all steps to ensure the product is able to update.

Download and run the Aatrix update manually

  1. Go to the Aatrix Sage 300 CRE updates page.
  2. Click Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate under Product Updates.
  3. Right-click on the sto.exe that downloaded and select Run as administrator.
  4. Follow the prompts to install. 
  5. Click Finish when it completes.
  6. Verify you can now run your eFile and Reporting Aatrix task like normal.
