Actian Zen Workgroup Engine shows a status of Starting in the Services window

Cause
Resolution
  1. On the keyboard, press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open the Task Manager.
  2. Select Details.
  3. Right-click zenengnsvc32.exe and then select End task.
  4. Select End process.
  5. Close the Services tab.
  6. In the Services window, right-click zenengine and then select Start.
  7. Verify the Service is now able to start, stop or restart with no issues.
