• An archived company is a read-only copy of your company. It contains all the data that was in the company at the time you saved the archive. It’s similar to a backup but is accessible without the need to go through the restore process.
• Archived companies allow you to view and print reports and transactions.
• You can’t add, modify or delete any data in an archived company.
