Error: "There was a problem activating..." when permissions are not set correctly
Description
Cause

Permissions not set correctly on shared folder.

Resolution
  1. Follow DocLink: Verify my data file permissions are correctly set.
  2. Verify the program now opens on the workstation with no error.

DocLink: Error: "There was a problem activating. Please try again later." or "There was a problem with the activation files for Sage 50."
