Corrupt Windows user profile.

How to confirm if it is a Windows profile issue:

• The error occurs on one workstation and in any database.
• Have the user with the issue log into another workstation using their windows profile and see if the issue follows.
• Have another user log into the problem workstation with their windows profile and see if the issue can be re-created.

If the user in question is also having issues on a different machine, but a different user is not having the same issue on the problem workstation, please refer to your IT person to look into the user's windows profile.

Note: If the error occurs in one database on any workstation for any user, refer to article ID 21466 "Error: Duplicate key value during insert of the [record name] record..." (records were added via ODBC)"
