Access Link Maintenance Utility
- Select Library Master, Utilities, Link Maintenance Utility.
Select link criteria
- In the Link Type field, select the link type, such as Paperless Office forms for invoices.
- In the Company Code field, enter the company code or click Lookup.
- Select ALL to display Office templates.
- In the Module Code field, enter the module code or click Lookup.
- Select ALL or SYS to display Office templates.
Refresh and select files
- Click Refresh.
- In the List box, select the files to copy, move, or relink.
- The Copy and Move buttons appear only when selected files don’t have broken paths.
Note: The Relink Files button appears only when there’s a broken link path. Broken links display in red.
Copy, move, or relink files
- Click Copy to copy the files.
- Click Move to move the files.
- Click Relink to correct a broken link path.
Specify the new location
- In the Copy / Move / Relink Files window, enter a new location.
- You can also click Browse to select a location.
- Click OK.
Confirm the action
- When prompted, click Yes to copy, move, or relink the selected files.
Verify completion
- The system updates the files in the new location.
- The System Activity Log records the date, time, company code, module, user logon, and change description.
Before you begin
- Ensure your security setup allows access to Link Maintenance Utility.
