DocLink: Payroll subscription expiration date is incorrect
|
Steps to duplicate | 1. Sage 100 with payroll installed with customer keys that have a current (not expired) payroll subscription.
2. Click Update and verify the SLS update request was successful.
3. Force the local payroll expiration date to be today's date.
This step may require assistance. (Not necessary if customer already has date that won't update.)
4. Launch Sage 100 and check the payroll expiration date in *info or System Configuration. Verify it is the "incorrect" date forced in step 3.
5. In System Configuration, click Update.
Note the payroll expiration date in *info is not updated and it should be if there is a different date on SLS. |
