Cause
Resolution

Verify Product Registration keys, re-enter Product Registration keys, or obtain registration assistance.

  1. Go to Library Master, Utilities, Data File Display and Maintenance.
  2. Check the SY_System table in the MAS_SYSTEM database.
  3. Verify that the following fields are correct and not blank.
    • CustomerNumber (10-digit number, begins with "400")
    • SerialNumber (seven-digit number)
    • UserRegistrationKey (20 characters)
    • ProductKey (25 characters)
