Description
Cause
  • Product Registration keys may be invalid
  • One or more field values in the SY_System table that are associated with product registration may be blank or incorrect
    • Resolution

    To verify Product Registration keys, re-enter Product Registration keys, or to obtain registration assistance, see the Related Resources section below.

    Use Library Master, Utilities, Data File Display and Maintenance to check the SY_System table in the MAS_SYSTEM database. Verify that the following fields are correct and not blank:

    • CustomerNumber (10 digit number, should begin with "400")
    • SerialNumber (7 digit number)
    • UserRegistrationKey (20 characters)
    • ProductKey (25 characters)
