How to close Sage 100 processes and restart Sage 100 Application Server from batch file

NOTE: Make sure ALL users are out of Sage 100 before running batch file on Sage 100 Application Server

  • Rename attachment file extension to .bat (i.e. ClosePvxwin32_RestartAsApp.bat)
    NOTE: You'll need to make changes to the batch file to work in your environment 


    • ClosePvxwin32_RestartAsSvr.bat - closes ALL open PVXWIN32.exe processes and restarts Sage 100 Application Server as a Service
      • Example:

 

 


    • ClosePvxwin32_RestartAsApp.bat - closes ALL open PVXWIN32.exe processes and restarts Sage 100 Application Server as an Application
      • Example:
