Close processes and restart the Application Server from a batch file

Resolution
  1. Have all users exit Sage 100 before running a batch file on Sage 100 Application Server.
  2. Rename the attachment file extension to .bat (that is, ClosePvxwin32_RestartAsApp.bat).
    • ClosePvxwin32_RestartAsSvr.bat - closes ALL open PVXWIN32.exe processes and restarts Sage 100 Application Server as a Service.

    • ClosePvxwin32_RestartAsApp.bat - closes ALL open PVXWIN32.exe processes and restarts Sage 100 Application Server as an Application.
