Cause
Crystal 2016 cannot be installed on system with Crystal 2011.    
Resolution
Crystal 2011 must be uninstalled before installing Crystal 2016DocLink: What versions of Crystal Reports are supported with Sage 100?
DocLink: Error: "Unable to cast COM object of type" when printing in Sage 100 2017 and earlier versions after installing Sage 100 2018 or later versions
