Aatrix now requires three different Microsoft redistributables. These files will install during automatic updates if they are not already installed. The required Microsoft C++ Redistributable files are:

• 2012 update 4
• 2013 update 5
• 2017
• 2015-2022

If the Aatrix automatic update can’t install these files, you may receive an error message during the update or when opening a form. Work with you IT professional to get the Microsoft redistributables installed.

If you canceled the Aatrix automatic update, download the update manually and then run it again.

If you are receiving an error message, search the Sage Knowledgebase for the error message to find instructions.

Download and run the Aatrix update manually

1. Go to https://www.aatrix.com/partners/sage300construction/updates/.
2. Click on the Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate button under Product Updates.
3. Right-click on the sto.exe that was downloaded and select Run as administrator.
4. Follow the prompts to install.
5. Click Finish when it completes.
6. Verify you can now run your eFile and Reporting Aatrix task like normal.
    NOTE: In some cases, the machine requires a reboot for the forms to work.
