Please Note: Ensure the workstation in question does not have 300CRE open. Disconnecting a user's connection to a 300CRE module or Shared Operating file, while the user is working could cause data corruption. Please ensure you have a valid backup of your company data before proceeding.

If restarting Pervasive/Actian or a reboot of the workstation does not close the user's session, please follow the directions below to close any open files that are "stuck" open on the Server:

  1. To open Computer Management, access the "RUN" box by typing [Win-Logo]+[R] and type in Open box "compmgmt.msc" (without the quotes) and click OK, or you can right-click on Computer in the start menu and select Manage
  2. In the Computer Management window, on the left pane, expand Shared Folders and click on Open Files

3. Select and remove the desired folders paths related to Sage or the Module in question
