A database space warning notifies you when the database is full. There are three levels depending on whether the space runs out in less than 30 days, less than 10 days, or today.

Options to free up space

1. Archive older fiscal years (Database Administration, Archive Oldest Fiscal Year).
2. Remove closed or completed jobs (3-5, Options menu).
3. Remove closed purchase orders without a Job# (6-6-1, Options menu).
4. Remove paid, void, or completed service invoices (11-2, Options menu).
5. Upgrade from SQL Express to full SQL edition.
