Resolution

File tools is still an acceptable method for backing up company data, as long as the Sage SQL Replicator is not being used. If Replicator is being used, it is better to use System Administrator to create backups. Please refer to Article ID 86066: DocLink: How do I use the System Administrator to backup and restore data in versions 17.1 and later? for instructions.
