It's not recommended to use Windows services.msc to stop or start Sage Paperless Construction services, as this can cause issues with proper performance. The services should be stopped or started through the Sage Paperless Construction Server Dashboard.

To stop or start all services (App, Poll, Web) at once

1. Log all users out of Sage Paperless Construction.
2. Open the Sage Paperless Construction Server Dashboard on the server with Paperless Administrator rights.
3. To turn all services off, click the Services On/Off slider icon in the left footer area.
4. The following prompt displays: "All services are currently stopped."
5. Click OK.
6. To turn all services on, click the Services On/Off slider icon in the left footer area.
7. The following prompt displays: "All services are currently running."
8. Click OK.

To stop or start the App, Poll, or Web service only

1. Log all users out of Sage Paperless Construction.
2. Open the Sage Paperless Construction Server Dashboard on the server with Paperless Administrator rights.
3. To stop or start the App, Poll, or Web service:
4. Click the App Service, Poll Service, or Web Service tab as applicable.
5. Click the Stop or Start button, as applicable.
