Note: It is not recommended to use services.msc to stop or start Sage Paperless Construction services, as this can cause issues with proper performance. The services should be stopped or started through the Sage Paperless Construction Server Dashboard.

1. Have all users exit Sage Paperless Construction.
2. At the Sage Paperless Construction server, launch SPC Server Dashboard (Start, All Programs, Sage Paperless Construction).
   Note: If Microsoft User Access Control is enabled you will want to right-click on SPC Server Dashboard and select Run as administrator.
3. Select the Web Service tab and click Stop.
4. Select the Job Poll Service tab and click Stop.
5. Select the App Service tab and click Stop.
6. Complete your applicable posting task in Sage 100 Contractor or Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate and then return to this window.
7. Select the App Service tab and click Start.
8. Select the Job Poll Service tab and click Start.
9. Select the Web Service tab and click Start.
10. Click Close at the bottom of the window.
11. Users may resume working in Sage Paperless Construction.

You can confirm status of the services on these tabs, as well as maintain proper login information.
