Cause | After a Windows update, both the status for Relational and Transactional engines are stuck in "Starting". |
Resolution |
On the Workstation: - Search for Services.
- Right click on the PSQL Relational Engine.
- Select Properties.
- Select the Startup type as Automatic (Delayed Start).
- Click OK.
- Right click on the PSQL Transactional Engine.
- Select Properties.
- Select the Startup type as Automatic (Delayed Start).
- Click OK.
- Close the Services window.
- Reboot the Workstation.
