1. Connect to Database Administration for Sage 100 Contractor.
2. Go to Advanced Settings and Advanced Backup Settings.
3. In the first field, set the physical drive to save the backup.
4. In the second field, type or browse to a location where you would like a copy of the backup saved.
    NOTE: This can be any location that's visible through Windows File Explorer. 
5. In the third field, enter a valid email address for notification of backup failures.
6. You can also set up a retention period for backups that are created on demand.
7. When finished, click Save Changes.

When the nightly backups run, a copy of the backups will be placed in the additional location.  The backups saved to this location aren't subject to the retention plan rules, so these copies aren't automatically deleted.

The SADMB_LastResultsLog.txt file in the default local physical drive location is updated to show the backup results.
