- On the client machine, close Sage 500 application
- Extract the attached file into its own folder on the machine in step 1
- Go into the directory folder created in step 2, and double click file named CrystalConfigLaunch.exe
You should now be able to launch Sage 500 and print/preview reports without errors.
The above steps will create configuration files inside the Sage 500 folder paths. For example to confirm creation of the configuration files, check C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage Software\Sage MAS 500 Client\AP and look for files with an exe.config file name extension.
