A good test for a user profile:At the server locate the Sage Estimating XX.XX shortcut
Shift / Right Click and select Run as different user (try the user that is having issues)
or
At the workstation locate the Sage Estimating XX.XX shortcut
Shift / Right Click and select Run as different user (try the Admin account and/or other user accounts)
Note: Depending on the outcome we can check for permission issues, profile issues, or computer environmental issues.
