The available feature permissions are defined as follows. 
You can assign a varying combination of permissions to a role. For example, you can assign permissions for creating estimates to a role but not assign permissions for changing estimate security. Users in the role can then create new estimates but cannot give other users the ability to view or edit the estimate. Users assigned to the Administrator role have all of these permissions automatically. You cannot change permissions for the Administrator role. [BCB:164:Chat Estimating US:ECB]
