Note: This feature is available only if you have a license to use Crews. To assign a crew to an estimate item: - Locate the desired item on the spreadsheet, and then right-click in the item's Crew cell.
- Choose Select Crew from the shortcut menu.
The Crew List opens. - Select the desired crew from the list.
You can use Source to display crews stored in either the estimate or the standard database. If you select a crew from the standard database, it is copied to the estimate. To substitute one crew with another crew: - Right-click in the item's Crew cell, and then select Substitute Crew from the shortcut menu.
- Select the crew you want to substitute from the list.
