Changing an existing item in the standard database

1. Open the Items window in one of the following ways:
   • On the ribbon, from the Elements group on the Data tab, click Items.
   • In classic view, click Database menu > Items.
2. In the Database Item window, click and select the item you want to change.
3. Make changes as needed.
   • To change the item code, click [Renumber] and enter the new code in the Item field.
   • To change an entry in a text box, click in the box, drag the cursor to highlight the entry, and type the new information.

For more information, click on the title bar of the window, and then click a field or button.

4. When you finish changing the item, click [OK] to save it.
5. Change other items in the same manner.
6. When you finish, click [Close].
